Dorado Cabernet Franc

Ageing: 3 months in French oak barrels, medium and high toasted.

 

Colour: Intense and clean red ruby colour.

 

Aroma: Remarkable varietal typicity and good expression, with notes of red fruits like cassis and redcurrant, mixed with black pepper, clove and menthol.

 

Palate: Good structure and persistence, friendly in the mouth and with harmonious and well-balanced tannins. Blueberries and raspberries, with menthol and velvety notes.
