Method: Champenoise.

 

Ageing: Second fermentation in the bottle for 12 months.

 

The colour is salmon, pale, elegant and subtle. Light aromas of fresh candied yeast, citrus peel and biscuit. Very balanced acidity, fresh and light on the finish.

 

Fine and elegant bubbles accompany its persistent perfume that captivates until the last glass.
